Nothing serious but sometimes my mother said she was sometimes not listened to. On the whole she was satisfied. Some carers were "lovely".
Suggested improvements
Listen more and try not to put on the main light in the bedroom in the middle of the night. Lamps there, less harsh. Towels are on the bed for a reason but kept being moved!

Since our last face to face meeting at home I hadn't had any other call or meeting. It was a couple of issues I had to solve. bit once I phoned I had the help I needed.
