The palliative care team when they have been needed are very kind. helpful and its so nice to have that lifeline.
Nothing serious but sometimes my mother said she was sometimes not listened to. On the whole she was satisfied. Some carers were "lovely".
Thank you very much for your comments which have been passed on to our team, it is only through feedback from our patients and their families that we can improve our care. If you would like to have a more detailed discussion, please do get in touch with the hospice and a member of the team can arrange to have a chat.
Very caring and helpful. So good at everything. Communication and information
The specialist nurse and her team gave support and advice
Because each and every time we need you, you are there
Very caring, gives great advice and support. Also takes into consideration my wife's feelings. We are both always fully included
Very helpful
Everyone has been very helpful and kind. Contact has been easy and prompt.
I've only just started on my journey but feel I will be treated properly
Thank you for taking the time to review your experiences so far. We note that you have rated 'information' slightly lower than some of the other categories. We'd be really keen to have a conversation with you to discuss how we might be able to improve the quality, format or timeliness of information we send people in future. If you are interested in discussing this with one of the team, maybe you could reach out to us at feedback@gbch.org.uk so we can arrange to have a conversation about this? Many thanks, Jon.
I have been happy with the service so far
